For me, travel has always been a gateway to transformation. Each journey has sparked a shift; whether it was a big change in my life, the birth of a new idea, or a confirmation of something I already knew. Conscious travel is more than just seeing new places; it’s about creating space for personal growth and deep insights.

On my retreats, I invite you to step away from the noise and truly connect - with yourself, the land, and the people around you. It’s in these quiet, intentional moments that the most profound discoveries happen. Whether it’s making a life-changing decision or simply reconnecting with your true self, travel done with purpose offers clarity and transformation.

This is what I hope for you and let’s face it, deeper healing, sparking new ideas or realising our true selves can not be done in a room alone.

My retreats do not involve deep probing into trauma or intense practices that involve anything unexpected. The description of the retreat will always be clear and schedules will include all activities so you can decide what feels right for you, but in general, my spaces are about conversation, new cultural experiences and enjoying ourselves. A joyful, gentle unfolding with good food and insightful people.

I also love finding ways to collaborate with local facilitators and experts, and I’m passionate about connecting retreat guests with local communities. This adds another layer to the experience, where you not only learn from the land but from the rich cultures and wisdom of those who call it home.

My hope is that through conscious travel, you’ll not only see the world (or your own doorstep) differently but also leave with a clearer vision of your next steps.

The simple nature of being together in a new space can allow the most wonderful transformations to occur.
