Everything you will ever need to build a life-long impactful meditation practice drawing from Vedic, Western and African traditions and practices.
This four-part course is designed to guide you toward inner peace, self-awareness, and a deep connection with your true essence.

In this one-of-a-kind journey, you will be guided towards understanding the core elements of meditation and develop a practice you are able to take with you anywhere, without the need for apps or external guidance.
The Vedic element draws from Deepak Chopra’s practices (that I’m certified in). This involves working with mantras that take you back to your purest state of consciousness.
This form of meditation induces a lifelong state of quiet, calm and peace.
This is complimented with Mindfulness and Self-Inquiry practices that allow you to ask yourself questions such a ‘Who Am I’ and ‘What is My Purpose’.
This is further complimented with African proverbs that include inspiration from the Ubuntu traditions of South Africa.
This is a complete package to raise your consciousness and guide you towards a life-long practice that allows you to own your meditation practice independently and with confidence.
Modules
Introduction. This class is educational with a focus on knowledge as well as grounding and connecting to your present awareness and what you currently believe your true essence to be.
Receiving your personal Vedic Sanskrit mantra (a private one-to-one ceremony (with me, Katie)
Honing your meditation practice; by this session you will have practiced some meditation fora week or so, therefore this session focuses on how you can adjust and hone your practice to suit you as well as how you can combine this with existing routines to connect to an authentic practice that aligns with you.
Embodying Ease & Authenticity; we move into fostering clarity and alignment with longer meditations and introduce self-inquiry pracices as well as exploring higher states of consciousness that can be experienced. A chance to explore how meditation has changed your experience of life over the course of these sessions.
