If you’re new to gong baths and would like tips on what to pack (if you’re not hiring equipment), here are some suggestions; yoga mat, pillow/cushion for your head and blanket. If you have a bolster for under your knees this is a nice extra (but not a must).
Please note: Gong is not recommended for women in their first trimester of pregnancy or if you are about to give birth, anyone with sound-induced epilepsy/seizures, anyone with a pace maker or anyone suffering from extreme mental health conditions. Children under the age of 18 are welcome but must be accompanied by an adult. Always ask a doctor if you are unsure of whether this is suitable for you.
Refund Policy: refunds can be made if cancelled 10 days before the session. If I have a waitlist and manage to back-fill your cancelled booking, I will give you a full refund regardless of time-frame. Transfers to another person can be made up until 4 hours ahead of the session start time. Full refunds will be given to all guests if I need to cancel the session.
