True Presence – Full Day Meditation, Gong & Nature Retreat - Saturday 2nd May 2026
True Presence: A Mid-Spring Sanctuary
Full Day Meditation, Gong & Nature Retreat at The Oak House (Hatfield House Grounds)
Saturday 2nd May 2026 | 10:30 - 17:00
Step away from life’s hum and into the ancient, soothing stillness of Hatfield House and surrounds. The True Presence Retreat is a curated, full-day immersion designed to transition you from the scattered energy of spring into a state of deep, luminous clarity.
Timed with the Mid-Spring Full Moon, this retreat is an invitation to align your internal rhythm with the blooming world outside. Whether you are navigating a period of stress or simply seeking a sophisticated reset, this day offers the tools to return to your center.
The Journey
We will move through a purposefully designed arc of restoration, blending ancient wisdom with practical, modern application:
Inner Architecture: Expert-led Mindfulness, Mantra, and Visualisation practices to ease the mind.
Nature Immersion within the private, historic gardens of Hatfield House. A chance to connect with nature at its most vibrant.
Collective Creation: Tailored journaling that culminates in a Group Spring Poem. This is a unique takeaway that captures the shared energy of our gathering
Sonic Submersion: A signature Deep Gong Bath to dissolve deep-seated tension and facilitate a transcendental state of renewal.
The Spring Harvest: A beautifully prepared, nourishing lunch served with organic teas and infusions to fuel your body and soul.
Sessions are informational, yet practical, ensuring you always know why we are using each practice.

In the Gong Bath Meditation, you’ll relax comfortably with your eyes closed as the soothing tones of the gongs guide you on a transcendental journey. The healing vibrations of the gong will resonate with your body, promoting deep relaxation and renewal. As the sound washes over you, you'll feel a sense of calm and balance, leaving you refreshed in mind, body, and spirit.
Please note: Gong is not recommended for women in their first trimester of pregnancy, or those suffering from extreme mental health problems

Privacy: My ‘Respectful Photo Guidance’ ensures your meditative state is never interrupted by a camera.
Flexible Booking: Full refunds up to 21 days prior. Transfers to a new date can be made 14 days before the session (if another date is available). Transfers to another person can be made up until the day of the session. If I have a wait-list and I manage to back-fill your booking, I will give you a full refund regardless of time-frame.
My ‘Respectful Photo Guidance’ means that I will never take photos of you when you are in meditation. There may be photos of the general event, but these are kept to a minimum to respect everyone’s privacy.
Hatfield House and grounds offer a unique opportunity to reconnect with nature. It’s the perfect place to find ease and practice healing modalities with me.
